Nidhi Kaushik is a product leader at Clearco, where she focuses on building intelligent underwriting systems and funding tools that make capital access simpler and smarter for founders. Her work involves deeply understanding customer needs, supporting go-to-market operations, and enabling faster and more flexible funding decisions, all while creating intuitive, founder-first experiences.

She brings over a decade of experience across fintech, payments, and digital banking, working with clients and institutions in the Bay Area, the U.S., and Canada. Nidhi has formal training in product strategy from Kellogg School of Management and AI product management through Product Faculty, where she studied under an OpenAI leader. She’s passionate about reimagining financial products for underserved segments, expanding capital literacy, and using technology to increase equitable access to funding.
